Chat Support Agents perform the following duties and responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and accurate way • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and/or responses • Track and follow up on all customer requests to ensure they are properly resolved • Escalate unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation • Provide customers with information about products, services, features, pricing, etc. • Assist in processing customer orders and payments • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.35 - $22.98 per hour
