In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients through our live chat system, providing them with accurate and helpful information about our services and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will also collaborate closely with our team of appraisers and consultants to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities
 Engage with clients through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns
 Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
 Collaborate with the appraisal and consulting team to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive solutions to clients
 Use the provided resources and tools effectively to address client questions and provide accurate information about our services
 Document and track client interactions and inquiries to ensure effective follow-up and resolution of issues
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed responses to client inquiries
 Continuously identify opportunities to improve the live chat support process and contribute to its enhancement
 High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
 Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
 Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
 Real estate industry knowledge and experience is a plus but not required
