We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
 Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide information and assistance
 Utilize computerized systems to input and track customer orders and inquiries
 Assist with sales inquiries and provide product information
 Maintain office organization and assist with administrative tasks
 Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
 Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
 Provide multilingual support when necessary
 Support customers with cash handling transactions
 Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications
 Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
 Strong communication skills both verbal and written
 Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
 Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
 Knowledge of customer support practices and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,862.00 - $60,356.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
