Key Responsibilities...

• Technical Assistance:

• Creative Services:

• Design graphics and multimedia content as needed.
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Personal Assistance:

• Manage personal tasks and errands, such as event planning or household coordination.
• Specialized Support (if applicable):
• Provide specialized support in areas such as legal, financial, or project management based on expertise.

Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
