The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an Entry Level Remote Live Chat Agent. The role provides a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects from the comfort of your own home. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, good problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Job Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries, process requests, and resolve issues via live chat. • Maintain a positive customer experience by providing prompt, efficient, and accurate assistance. • Document customer interactions and transactions, detailing the inquiry, the action taken, and any follow up needed. • Work closely with other team members to meet or exceed customer service goals. • Stay current with the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.

Desired Qualifications: • A High School diploma or equivalent. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Strong computer skills and familiarity with live chat software. • Openness to working flexible hours
