Job Responsibilities: Â Handle customer inquiries, process requests, and resolve issues via live chat. Â Maintain a positive customer experience by providing prompt, efficient, and accurate assistance. Â Document customer interactions and transactions, detailing the inquiry, the action taken, and any follow up needed. Â Work closely with other team members to meet or exceed customer service goals. Â Stay current with the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.
