The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is an entry-level position, offering an opportunity to work with diverse teams and an array of clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will handle queries, feedback, and concerns via our chat support platform.
Job Responsibilities:  Engage with customers via chat platform to answer questions and resolve issues promptly  Document customer interactions and report on feedback for internal knowledge and continuous improvement  Work closely with the team to enhance customer support protocols and procedures  Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our products and services  Provide input on chatbot training and scripting based on customer interactions
Desired Qualifications:  High School diploma or equivalent  Strong written communication and problem-solving skills  Comfortable working remotely and independently  Experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or remote setting  Proficient with computers, including navigating various chat support software

 Experience using CRM software
