- Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat support
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers
