Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Virtual Chat Assistant to support our customers through our online chat platform. As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Â Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via AmazonÂs chat platform, providing accurate and helpful information. Â Assist customers with product information, order... status, returns, and other inquiries. Â Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. Â Maintain a thorough understanding of AmazonÂs products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance. Â Document and update customer interactions in AmazonÂs CRM system. Â Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Â Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates. Â Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or customer service experience preferred. Â Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual chat or similar role. Â Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Â Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Â Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM systems, and other customer support tools. Â Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Â Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
