We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Freelance, 1099 Contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
 Duties*
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Provide information about products and services
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently  Qualifications*
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience in sales... call center, or client services is a plus
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience in customer support is preferred
