Qualifications
• We are looking for someone disciplined, honest, confident, and passionate about helping others
• Must have a cell phone and Windows laptop/computer
Responsibilities
• Schedule appointments with clients
• Help clients apply for coverage
• See the application through approval
• Attend weekly training calls
• Conducting sales presentations, recommending products, closing sales
• Responding promptly to policyholder service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, etc
• Build strong working relationships with customers
• Commit to ongoing development of knowledge and skills
• Basic Training - New agents complete a basic development program that includes self-study, classroom time, role-play, and fieldwork
