Responsibilities: Â Lead and manage the business development team, comprising sales representatives and account managers. Â Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share... Â Provide direct coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to optimize their sales effectiveness. Â Prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Â Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings. Â Understand client needs and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements. Â Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Â Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in softwares like HubSpot CRM, Microsoft teams, Zapier. Â Collaborate with the sales manager and other team members to optimize sales strategies and tactics. Â Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. Â Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Â Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Â Continuously strive for personal and professional growth through training and skill development opportunities.
Requirements: Â Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Â At least three years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in the Medicare and insurance sectors. Â Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering a collaborative team environment. Â Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making. Â Proficiency in using software and sales tools i.e. HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Teams, Zapier. Â Direct experience in managing a business development team and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Â Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and priorities. Â Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Â A strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability for the sales department and the company as a whole.
