Necessary Experience/Skills:
 1+ year of customer service experience
 Must have at least high school diploma/GED or equivalent
 Typing Speed
 Wired internet connect for remote workplace
A Day in the Role:
 Provide premium service and build relationships with customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.
 Discuss logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product and warranty questions.
 Ensure customers issues are resolved in timely manner.
