Full time positions available.

Training is PAID and is a duration of two weeks.

We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents with experience previously in a call center environment. MUST have a great understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service to consumers.

This is an inbound customer service position; there is NO outbound calling or sales.

Starting Pay Rate $10.00 ($11 for bilingual) Pay will be reviewed 30 days, after completed training.

Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and complaints • Retaining existing customer monthly memberships • Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Previous work from home experience • Ability to build rapport with customers • Ability to multitask and quickly adapt and learn new programs • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent verbal communication skills • Availability to work Saturday's- required for the position
