 Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person with professionalism and empathy.
 Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
 Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products//services to provide accurate information and support.
 Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
 Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to relevant teams.
 Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
 Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer privacy and data protection.
 Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to improve overall customer service and resolve cross-functional issues.
Qualifications: Â Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Â Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Â Skills: Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Â Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations. Â Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
