We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic customer support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities...
• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person with professionalism and empathy.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products//services to provide accurate information and support.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to relevant teams.
• Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer privacy and data protection.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to improve overall customer service and resolve cross-functional issues.

Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. • Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations. • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. • Basic knowledge of [industry-specific tools or software, if applicable
