What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Manage and develop a team of sourcing specialists to identify candidates for open positions
 Develop and execute staffing plans to ensure a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
 Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the desired culture and skills for openings
 Actively source candidates using various platforms and creative recruiting techniques
 Prepare recruiting reports and presentations to demonstrate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
 Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with retail industry experience preferred
 2 years of successful leadership experience required
 Strong understanding of employment laws and recruiting concepts, policies, and procedures
 Proven success in generating a high volume of quality candidates under tight timelines
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably BrassRing
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 Ability to lead and mentor entry to mid-level staff
 Experience managing relationships with multiple leaders and candidates in a high-volume environment
 Creative thinking skills to develop innovative recruitment strategies
