What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
 Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
 Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a metrics-driven environment
 Adjust and manage appointments with members and providers as requested
 Report member complaints and escalations to management promptly
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Minimum of 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
 High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented outbound call center environment
 Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with members
 Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously while making calls
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Previous experience in an outbound call center or high-volume environment
 Familiarity with auto-dialer systems and scripted interactions
 Demonstrated persuasive skills with the ability to handle rebuttals effectively
 Friendliness and a conversational approach to client interactions
 Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
