Key Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via chat
 Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot technical problems through chat support

 Assist customers with account management and online transactions

Required Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
 Proven experience in customer service or chat support role
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 Proficient in using chat and messaging platforms and other customer service tools
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
 Familiarity with CRM systems and customer databases

 Good typing speed and accuracy
