We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Live Chat Agent. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or preferred location.

Responsibilities...
• Engage with customers via live chat platform and provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.
• Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Assist customers in navigating our website, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving any problems they may encounter.
• Multitask efficiently by handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to share knowledge and best practices to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.

Requirements
• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple applications and screens simultaneously.
• Knowledge of online chat platforms and other customer service technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with our industry products and services is a plus
