Responsibilities
 Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
 Identify and assess customer needs to achieve personalized and satisfactory solutions
 Provide accurate and detailed information about company products and services
 Navigate through multiple computer systems to log, track, and resolve customer issues
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery
 Act as a liaison between customers and various internal departments to resolve complex issues
 Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
 Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
 Proficient in using computers and CRM software
 Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
 Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
