- Assist customers with placing orders or processing returns
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a courteous manner
- Perform data entry to update customer records
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
- Multilingual capabilities are beneficial for assisting diverse customers
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a bonus
