 Engage with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions.
 Clearly explain the breach details and the services offered to them.
 Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all communications.
 Accurately submit CRM tickets to ensure effective issue resolution.
Qualifications: Â MUST have at least 1 year of remote customer service experience. Â Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service. Â Proven ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in customer interactions. Â Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Â Immediate availability with the ability to complete certification within 24 hours.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
