Position Overview: We are looking for compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Agents to assist customers in navigating the impact of a recent breach. Your role will be vital in providing clear information and support to those affected.

Key Responsibilities...
• Engage with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions.
• Clearly explain the breach details and the services offered to them.
• Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all communications.
• Accurately submit CRM tickets to ensure effective issue resolution.

Qualifications: • MUST have at least 1 year of remote customer service experience. • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service. • Proven ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in customer interactions. • Experience with CRM systems is a plus. • Immediate availability with the ability to complete certification within 24 hours.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
