Your Customer Success duties, should you accept them, include:
 Help our customers with any questions or issues
 Make modifications to their accounts and purchases in our CMS
 Answer customer phone calls, emails, instant chats, social media queries and keep the conversation friendly, but focused and on-track
 Some administrative duties
Skills and Requirements:  3 years experience in customer service  A bright, upbeat personality  Experience with email ticketing systems, such as Gorgias  Experience with Shopify  Comfortable working on a computer (Mac)  Comfortable providing phone support  Extremely organized  Have a synergistic approach to team  Takes personal pride in fast, efficient customer care  Ability to prioritize incoming tickets quickly and efficiently  Proven track record with solid response time and customer satisfaction rating  The ability to make every customer feel valued  The ability to track commonly asked questions and help create a knowledge base

8-hour shifts
Monday to Friday
+ Rotating Saturday Shift & Rotating Friday Off
