Duties and Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities: • Manages end-to-end customer transactions, tidies up the store premises, restocks merchandise on shelves, and presents a well-maintained image of the merchandise • Customers receive top-notch customer service to facilitate their shopping experience • Keeps supervisory staff informed of any issues regarding products, inventory losses, scanning discrepancies, and other concerns that may affect store performance • Actively participates in the store inventory counting process by adhering to the recommended guidelines and verifying inventory precision • Careful attention to cash policies and procedures is instrumental in avoiding unnecessary financial losses

Stocker Responsibilities: • Maintaining a steady flow of fresh products by regularly stocking and rotating items on display shelves • Following an established merchandising planogram is a crucial step towards crafting exemplary product exhibits • Systematically categorizing fresh supplies and removing empty boxes by breaking them down is a significant task • Safe and efficient use of machinery is crucial in accomplishing the duties associated with this position

Physical Demands:
• The store demands its employees to perform a diverse range of physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking
• Merchandise Stocker: Proficiency in transporting commodities from store receiving to shelving; adeptness in arranging items, with weights reaching up to 45 pounds, on different shelving levels

Qualifications: • The age requirement stated for this opportunity is a minimum of 18 years • The proficiency to offer prompt and respectful assistance to patrons • Proficiency in performing standard cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness standards of the company • Understanding and utilizing company policies and procedures is critical in the workplace. Education and Experience:

• Prior experience in the retail industry is desirable for this role
