Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Representative. This role involves assisting customers through our online chat platform, providing them with real-time solutions to their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: Â Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally. Â Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. Â Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Â Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Â Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles. Â Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. Â Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate assistance. Â Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.
Requirements
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Â Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred. Â Excellent written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately. Â Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Â Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Â Comfortable using various chat platforms and CRM software. Â Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
