Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is advantageous. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications. • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
