About Our Client...
Construction Management/Owner's Representative firm in St. Louis working on behalf of clients in the public/K-12/multifamily/commercial construction markets. The position involves consulting partners from conception including feasibility, design, preconstruction, contractor selection, construction stage management, and through completion and turnover. This person will work collaboratively within a team setting in order to exceed client expectations. The group is comprised of experienced construction professionals with years of combined experience servicing and delivering for clients in the aforementioned market sectors. Coming from the general construction space allows them a unique set of experiences and skill sets to deliver optimal construction consultation for customers. This has led to a strong track record of repeat and recommended business and sustained growth over the last 5-7 years.
Job Description
 Measuring and consulting project feasibility
 Developing design plans
 Coordinating contractor selection process including the proper approach that best fits the Owner
 Developing and executing preconstruction
 Assist in site logistics planning
 Development of schedules and budgets
 Zoning and permit coordination
 Procurement
 Project tracking
 Billing
 Compliance
 Contractor Management
 Quality Assurance and Control
 Inspections
 Documentation

The Successful Applicant
 Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
 8+ years of construction experience - ideally with a General Contractor
 Proven experience in management of cradle-to-grave construction process
 Estimating/Preconstruction experience
 Prior public, K-12/education, multifamily, or commercial construction project experience
 Ability to work closely within a team setting
 Potential to grow into leadership roles
 Strong presentation and desire to client face
