The Project Manager - Remote - Division 8 will be responsible for managing important projects for the Division 8 (DOORS & HARDWARE) team. The successful candidate will liaise with clients, develop strategies, and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and on budget. They will be required to monitor the progress of the project, track costs, and resolve any issues that may arise. The Project Manager must have strong communication and organization skills and be able to work well in remote settings.
Key Responsibilities:  Manage the end-to-end project delivery process for Division 8(DOORS AND HARWARE) projects  Develop project plans and manage timelines to ensure successful project completion  Identify potential risks and devise mitigating strategies  Monitor the progress of the project and adjust plans accordingly  Track costs and control budgets to ensure profitability  Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met  Provide reports on project progress and forecast future project milestones  Troubleshoot project problems and develop solutions  Ensure projects are completed in accordance with quality standards
Qualifications:  Bachelors degree in a related field  2+ years of Doors and Hardware experience  Avaware or related software experience  Pre-hung door experience or multi-family project experience  Proven track record in successful project management  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
