We are a small but growing telemedicine company that provides healthcare services and prescription medications to consumers across various states. We are looking for a Google PPC Expert Ads Manager to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for a full-time role. This position will focus on managing and expanding our Google PPC channels, including Search, Shopping, and... Performance Max.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Google AdWords marketing consultant to join our small business healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing successful AdWords campaigns, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. As a Google AdWords marketing consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Responsibilities (Not limited to):
• Experienced with various Google ad types, including Google Shopping ads. This will be one of the main ad types we use in addition to the standard responsive ad search.
• Create an optimized ad group structure.
• Utilize best practice implementation of extended text ad format.
• Use bidding strategies that place ads in the proper rank within the top Google ad slots.
• Be optimized for mobile.
• Use each and every available ad extension when applicable.
• Optimize Google Analytics integration for advanced insight on web traffic.
• Help create Google Ads strategy.
• Develop and implement AdWords campaigns that align with clients' business goals.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify the most effective keywords for campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AdWords best practices and updates to ensure campaigns remain effective.
• Communicate with clients to provide regular performance updates and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the client's in-house team to ensure that campaigns are integrated with their overall marketing strategy.
• Develop compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives conversions.

Requirements: • At least 5-10 years of experience in Google AdWords marketing. • Demonstrated ability to deliver successful AdWords campaigns with proven results. • Strong knowledge of AdWords policies and best practices. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to create persuasive and effective ad copy. • Strong project management and time management skills.

Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; a degree in statistics or mathematics is a plus.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in both paid media and organic social media management, especially in healthcare or telemedicine.
• Approximately 5 years of experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
