Job Type

Full-Time | Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Apple products.
• Assist customers with product setup and usage.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately.
• Stay updated with the latest Apple products and features.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hourly Salary Range

$25-$45 per hour, based on experience and performance

Job Requirements
• Located in the United States
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Basic Educational Requirements
