Job Type
Full-Time | Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM Â 6 PM EST
Responsibilities
 Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
 Troubleshoot technical issues related to Apple products.
 Assist customers with product setup and usage.
 Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
 Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately.
 Stay updated with the latest Apple products and features.
 Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
 Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
 Located in the United States

Basic Educational Requirements
