Job Type

Part-Time, Remote

Weekend Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM – 5 PM (EST)

Responsibilities

– Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone

– Assist in data entry and management tasks

– Conduct market research as directed

– Collaborate with team members on various projects

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

– Create and edit documents and presentations

– Support social media and marketing initiatives

– Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues
