What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email

 Experience working in a remote customer service role
 Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards
 Certification in Customer Service Excellence or related field
 Bilingual in Spanish and English
 Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care services
