Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides effective customer service by establishing a working relationship with internal and external customers through communication via mail, email, or telephone.
Responsibilities:  Determines needs by asking customers detailed questions.  Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information.  Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions  Escalating unresolved problems  Maintains call center database by entering information.  Reviews, answers and resolves any issues for all inquires from the online support website.  Returns voicemail calls; answering and resolving all inquires from customers.  Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.  Creates letters, and miscellaneous correspondence.  Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
?Qualifications:  Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields  Ability to build rapport with clients  Ability to prioritize and multitask  Positive and professional demeanor  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
