We are seeking a skilled and committed school Social Nurse to hire for the 2024-2025 school year at our partner school district near Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive atmosphere helping students reach their potential.

Requirements: • Must have active LPN License/certification in CT • Active BLS/CPR Certification • At least 1 year(s) of experience as an LPN

Position Details:
• Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
• Part-time schedule available
• Caseload: K-12th Grade
• Duties: 1:1 with student with trach need or medically fragile student
• Dates: September 2024 - October 2024
