Our rapidly growing call center is expanding, and we are searching for team members to provide a positive customer experience by managing inbound and outbound programs, while enhancing our high energy company atmosphere.
Our rapidly growing team at CCS is looking for highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to manage calls on our inbound and outbound programs. You will be responsible for assisting callers by providing product information, service information, and resolving technical issues in addition to other various client requests. Job duties include answering incoming calls and making outbound calls for a large variety of companies including medical offices, law offices, service providers and much more! This is NOT a telemarketing position.
As the voice of those companies, CCS Customer Service Representatives are always polite and professional when interacting with customers to manage their needs. It is always "customers first" at CCS!
Remote training begins Monday, August 12th and follows the schedule of Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 10:00pm CST for two weeks.
Responsibilities:  Manage all calls in a timely manner  Identify callers needs for call resolution  Provide customers with product and service information  Accurately process online reservations  Document call information according to standard operating procedures  Maintain knowledge base of evolving products and services  Identify and escalate issues to supervisors  Maintain Quality Assurance Standards  Ongoing training for all CCS client programs and accounts  Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent  One year call center or customer service experience  Working knowledge of computer soft skills. Computer navigation & typing skills to manage multiple programs, platforms, and systems  Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques  Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information  Strong verbal, written and documentation skills  Ability to cross train and multitask in multiple programs  Dependable  Fluent in English
