The Opportunity
We are hiring a part-time Document Management Clerk who will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mail, and processing various company transactions.
This will be on-site at our Tallahassee office working Monday through Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm.
What You Will Do
 Open and sort mail by categories including incoming faxed and emailed correspondence
 Scan and index all correspondence (incoming and outgoing)
 Process outgoing mail to include operating the inserting/folding machine, operate the postage meter, collate daily system ordered letters
 Process change of address requests, add survivor requests, name changes etc.
 Process incoming correspondence from Lockbox and returned mail
 Process application corrections after application received
 Data entry of incoming checks received via mail
 Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What You Will Need to Succeed
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Basic PC skills
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Ten-key by touch; must be able to type 35 wpm
 Sound judgment, self-motivated, team-player
