Job description
• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, doctors, and providers.
• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
• Resolve the callers’ needs, provide accurate information to the caller while following policies and procedures.

Requirements: • **Must be able to TRAIN onsite in Louisville, KY*** • Previous Customer Service and Call Center experience required. • Previous healthcare experience desired but not required. • Proficient with Microsoft Office. • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
