We are currently looking for a Home Advisor to be the friendly voice of Apple. As a Home Advisor, you’ll be responsible for answering questions and solving problems for a multitude of Apple users around the world. This job is about more than just troubleshooting. It’s about providing a world-class customer service experience, courtesy of Apple. • *Primary Duties / Responsibilities:**

– Resolve customer issues using effective problem-solving skills, personal judgment, and the established procedures

– Offer excellent customer service and provide product knowledge to customers.

– Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support

– Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

– Maintain customer records by updating account information.

– Participate in team meetings and training sessions. • *Qualifications:**

– High school diploma or equivalent

– 2+ years of customer service experience

– Exceptional communication skills

– Ability to multitask and work independently

– Proficient in using Apple products • *Preferred Qualifications:**

– Previous experience in a remote role

– Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or similar systems
