Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
 Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
 Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
 Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints related to travel services
 Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs and expectations
Qualifications
 Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
