What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from prospecting to onboarding
• Attract candidates through social media, databases, and industry organizations
• Recruit for challenging positions and establish trust with hiring managers
• Qualify candidates through resume review, phone screens, and interviews
• Manage communication and document recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Strong relationship building skills with hiring managers
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and drive processes independently
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Passion for recruiting and storytelling
• Proficiency in creative sourcing techniques and making strategic recommendations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with creative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn
• Ability to articulate status updates with key stakeholders in person
• Familiarity with diverse industries and candidate profiles
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in recruitment
• Certification in recruiting or related field
