ABOUT THE ROLE:
The primary functions of the Manager, Sales Development role is to oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives to ensure they are reaching their monthly meeting hold goals to build a network (ResyOS) of the restaurant supply in our target priority and strategic US cities. This person will work strategically with Sales leadership, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Implementation, B2B Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations & Enablement to accelerate ResyÂs growth and market penetration.
The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
 Coach and train a team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently reach their quota goals (monthly goals for SDRs)
 Focus on the effort and performance metrics to yield a system of success
 Drive efficiency in TOF Outreach (calls, emails, social media, etc.), processing inbounds, and generating meetings for the Sales Team
 Curate a positive, fun, results-driven culture
 Work closely with Sales Leadership to develop and iterate on our territory and accounts-based strategy
 Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to build scalable systems, tools and processes to support and drive success
 Recruit and staff the SDR organization against the hiring plan
 Ensure all team members are completing all trainings and certifications in a timely manner and abiding by all outlined compliance rules
WHO YOU ARE:
 You have 3+ years of sales experience (SaaS preferred) with a proven track record of outbound sales, working within a team to achieve a goal, or managing a team to a goal
 Prior SDR and/or Management experience preferred
 You are a leader who is passionate about problem solving
 You have a positive attitude and are coachable, and can translate that to a team of passionate SDRs
 You use data to drive strategy and results
 You are agile, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities at one time
 A strong understanding of restaurants, both the operational moving parts and technologies used, is preferred
 Charleston-based preferred or willing to travel up to 25% of the time
Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually + sales incentive + benefits
