Position Overview
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers by offering information about our products and services, as well as resolving any technical issues they might encounter. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
 Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
 Offer detailed information about our products and services
 Troubleshoot and address any technical issues or concerns
 Accurately document and update customer interactions and records
 Continuously expand your knowledge of our evolving products and services
Qualifications
 Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
 Ability to build positive relationships with clients
 Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
 Professional and upbeat attitude
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
