We're looking for a Digital Campaign Sales Executive who is passionate about expanding business within the pharmaceutical agency sector. Your mission is to renew contracts and strategically upsell and secure incremental business, growing each agency account into a thriving territory. This role is for those with a proven track record in agency-driven digital media campaigns (ideally for pharmaceutical brands), who love the challenge of going bigger and better in sales.
Note: We are NOT selling drugs/brands directly to doctors or doctor offices - this is not an outreach position to the HCP. This is a role in building and growing relationships with media planners in the pharmaceutical digital advertising sector. Agency experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
 Sales-Driven Account Expansion: Aggressively pursue upsell opportunities and incremental business within existing agency accounts.
 Strategic Territory Management: Treat each group of agency accounts as your personal territory, aiming for continual growth and increased sales.
 Competitive Sales Performance: Consistently outperform your own sales records, setting higher goals and achieving them.
 Pharma Agency Expertise: Utilize your experience in managing digital media campaigns for pharmaceutical brands to effectively communicate and deliver solutions.
 Client Relationship Building: Develop deep relationships with new teams within existing agencies, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
 Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to craft winning proposals that align with client objectives and sales targets.
 Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to drive further sales and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
 Professional Experience: Strong background in sales, particularly in digital media within the pharmaceutical agency sector.
 Sales Drive: Demonstrated ability to pursue and close sales opportunities relentlessly. Competitive spirit and self-motivation are key.
 Agency Insight: Deep understanding of the digital advertising needs and trends within pharmaceutical agencies.
 Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with clients and internal teams to drive sales and build relationships.
 Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
 Remote Work: Comfortable with a virtual office environment where we log on during our work hours, where we interact with the team and hold meetings
 Travel: Willingness to travel up to four times yearly for company meetings in the NY/NJ/PA area
 Client Meetings: Most are held virtually. At least quarterly visits to your accounts are an essential part of being successful as an Account Manager
 Location: We are only accepting applicants physically located within the Eastern or Central Time zones of the United States.

Experience and Education
 Required Experience: Solid experience in digital media sales, specifically within the pharmaceutical agency environment.
 Educational Requirement: BachelorÂs degree in a relevant field.
Compensation and Benefits
 BASE Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 based on experience.
 Incentive Plan: Plus variable compensation up to 33% on target earnings, arriving at the 90K - 115K average salary.
 Paid Time Off: 7 paid holidays and 15 days PTO + 1 Birthday PTO
