What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Assist in the implementation of the Boston Bolts coaching philosophy
• Perform in-depth analysis on diverse data sets from MLS Next and NAL games
• Develop and implement advanced performance analytics strategies for Elite Pathway teams
• Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Liaise with players and staff regarding player development progress

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Quick learner capable of functioning in a fast-paced sports environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize assignments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior soccer experience strongly preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with Python
• Previous work in data analytics
