Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Walmart, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels. Your goal is to provide a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
