Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat
 Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
 Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
 Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
 Meet or exceed performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
 Excellent written communication skills
