Key Responsibilities
 Conduct comprehensive intake assessments with clients and their family members, utilizing appropriate materials to continually evaluate client needs and the suitability of available services.
 Develop individualized treatment and behavioral plans, overseeing their implementation to ensure effective care.
 Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of clients, fostering their emotional and behavioral well-being.
 Document service delivery meticulously, including treatment goals, progress notes, and billing information.
 Utilize a variety of treatment modalities to enhance clients emotional stability and functioning.
Required Qualifications
 A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of direct clinical practice post-licensure.
 A Master's degree in a Mental Health field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
 Current licensure/certification as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
 Medicare credentialed.
 Ability to complete and pass necessary clearances, including FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and State Criminal Check.
 Must provide current medical and health documentation, including a physical examination, Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test, and CPR/First Aid certification.
