American Airlines is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Part-Time Customer Service... Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with reservations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:  Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels  Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations  Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently  Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures  Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations and industry trends
Required Skills and Qualifications:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse customers  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment  Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with reservation software (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)  Previous customer service experience preferred  High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Experience:
 Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Working Hours:

 Knowledge of airline industry regulations and practices is a plus
