This is an extension opportunity and selected candidates will be assigned a transfer between January 2025 and February 2025. Candidates must be willing and able to depart May 2025 or later. Departure dates will be discussed during interviews.
The rate of pay for this role will be $19.35 per hour.

To be considered for this extension opportunity, all applicants must:
 Be a current participant in the Disney College Program with an arrival date no earlier than May 6, 2024. Please be aware that you cannot participate in consecutive programs totaling more than one calendar year, including any combination of Disney College Programs or Disney Internships.
 Be fully available through your assigned extension end date.
 Must adhere to all Disney Look guidelines.
 Be comfortable working both inside and outdoors in all weather conditions.
 Have an awareness of Disney Parks and think Âone step ahead to enhance the Guest experience.
 Have proven knowledge of Walt Disney World Resort property, products and services, and a passion for delivering exceptional Guest Service.
 Demonstrate technical abilities and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications.
 Possess a proven ability to manage conflict resolution through a balance of self-driven integrity and partner resourcing.
 Demonstrate strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
 Possess the ability to communicate effectively, including clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication, as well as telephone etiquette skills.
 Possess the ability to handle confidential information.
 Have no more than FOUR (4) attendance points within the last six (6) months (not including early shift releases or authorized days off); No more than ONE (1) reprimand within the last six (6) months.
 A $240 non-refundable extension Program Participation Fee will be collected upon accepting your extension offer. In addition, if you have a registered vehicle here, you will pay a $100 parking decal renewal fee for your extension. If you would like to purchase a new decal for your extension, you will need to pay a $200 vehicle decal fee. You will receive additional communication about when you can purchase a decal via email. Please know that parking decals are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. You MUST have a vehicle pre-registered in DORMS to purchase a parking decal. Please note that if you have already fully accepted an extension in your original role and location, you will not be required to pay another Program Participation Fee.
Though you may apply to as many extension transfer opportunities as you wish, you may only accept one. You may; however, apply for and accept an extension in your same role and same location and still qualify for this role.
Skills & Qualifications to Make You Stand Out:
 Proven bilingual ability, specifically Spanish, Portuguese, American Sign Language, Japanese, Mandarin, or French.
 Demonstrated strong cash handling skills, including foreign currencies, credit card transactions, discounts and other forms of payment.
 Hold a valid U.S. driverÂs license and be comfortable operating a company vehicle including under inclement weather and in minimal lighting.
 Currently earning (junior or senior) or recently graduated from a college/university majoring in Communication, Sales and Marketing, Hospitality, Public Relations, or related field.
In this role, you will engage with Guests to service their needs in a variety of locations throughout Parks, Disney Springs, and other WDW properties, using proven knowledge of the Walt Disney World Resort property, products, and services.
Cast Members must have the ability to work in an outdoor environment for all seasons while assisting with all components of the Guest experience. You will use various systems and applications to aid Guests with My Disney Experience accounts, products, and itineraries while using strong problem solving and decision-making skills to make an impact by aiding Guests with language assistance services, ticketing, reservations, and special service needs.
