• Duties*

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Lead project management efforts for business development initiatives
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • • Requirements*
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, we use Hubspot
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
