Job Description:

We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Remote Virtual Chat Assistant to provide real-time assistance to customers through online chat platforms. In this role, you will use Microsoft-based tools to communicate effectively with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless digital customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide real-time customer support via online chat using Microsoft Teams and other messaging platforms • Address customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide information about products and services • Log customer interactions and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Guide customers through online processes and help resolve technical issues related to accounts, products... or services • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information • Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience • Meet performance goals including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications: • Experience as a chat assistant, customer service representative, or in a similar role • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred) • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations simultaneously • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Basic technical troubleshooting abilities • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or Microsoft tools are a plus
